In an interview on the “Dr. Phil Primetime” show on Friday, Israeli Prime Minister Prime Benjamin Netanyahu hopes that he and President Joe Biden can resolve their differences regarding the war in Gaza after Biden withheld some weapons from Israel.

“We often had our agreements, but we’ve had our disagreements. We’ve been able to overcome them. I hope we can overcome them now, but we will do what we have to do to protect our country,” Netanyahu told Dr. Phil in the interview.

When it came to campus protests and people contend Hamas actions to be resistance, Netanyahu said. Hamas openly declares its goal to wipe out everything you see around herethats naked brutal aggression, thats their doctrine.Hamas openly declares its goal to wipe out everything you see around herethats naked brutal aggression, thats their doctrine.

Iran is saying the same thing: Our goal is to destroy Israel. Were the small Satan.

By the way, their goal is to destroy you,” he added, “youre the big Satan; were just standing in their way and their right. Were not merely protecting ourselves, we are, but in so doing, we protect all of free civilization, all of Western culture.

The Israeli Prime Minister also addressed the failures that took place on Oct. 7, when Hamas launched a brutal massacre on Israel, The Jerusalem Post reported.

I think were going to have to give a thorough explanation,” Netanyahu admitted. “I think were going to have to have a thorough examination once the war ends of exactly what happened, how it happened, and who made it happen.”

In the meantime, he stressed, Right now, our goal is one, to achieve victory.

When asked whether there had been a military failure or a political failure, Netanyahu answered, There were failures, obviously.

He stressed the government’s top priority is to protect the peopleand the people weren’t protected. We have to admit that.

Do you hold yourself to that standard?, Dr. Phil asked.

The prime minister replied,  I hold myself and everyone on this.”

Following the war, Netanyahu said that Israel would have to secure a demilitarization” of the Strip together with some kind of civilian government, civilian administration by Gazans who are not committed to our destruction, possibly with the aid of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and other countries that want to see stability and peace.
